Three Random Photographs

Thousand Springs Resort, Hagerman, Idaho: This is one of the first places I remember that had a log roped into the pool. I am sure it was plastic. It was definitely slick and possibly a recipe for chipped teeth.

A deteriorating mountain range on the side of an RV at Banbury Hot Springs. The pool at this location was home to another log positioned in the deep end.

This is what I do in Garden City: walk by the Riverside Hotel nearly everyday watching the changing status of the pool (that I swam in as a child = highly convenient location). The first day it was full of water, then emptied, and slowly filled (but still containing leaves from last season). I have permission to photograph it this week. Here's to concocting a good idea that doesn't involve trouble.
