I received this from Ulrike Biets during the last round of the Postcard Collective. It was elaborately folded and I didn't want to tear any of the stamps and address label beyond "Express." After perusing Biets' website thoroughly, I hesitate to guess what image it might be (perhaps I will have to open it after all). Here are a couple of photographs that I found fascinating. I would love to fold the first image in the same fashion as the one that I was presented.
